Born in Osaka, 1971. Currently lives in Kyoto, Japan.
Earned BFA from Kyoto City University of Arts in 1996.

Elena Tutatchikova
Born in Moscow, Russia in 1984. Currently lives in Kyoto, Japan. Earned D.F.A from Tokyo University of the Arts, Department of Intermedia Art in 2020.
Awarded the Encouragement Prize at the VOCA Exhibition 2023, Special Photographer Award at Higashikawa International Photo Festival, Hokkaido, 2022 and Grand Prix at Akarenga Portfolio Audition, Yokohama, 2014.
Major publications include "When an Apple Falls from a Tree, a Sound is Born" torch press, 2016 and "I Hear, Says the Wind" Ecrit, 2022.
Major solo exhibitions include "Days With the Wind," Takamatsu, 2021, "The Path Across the Peninsula," Shiretoko Peninsula, 2018, and group exhibitions include "Does the Future Sleep Here?"
